Terms & Conditions Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit equal at least to the first night's stay is required.

Cancellation:

Flexible - 14 days (General)

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Payment:

Preferred method is by debit card or cash. Credit cards may have a levy of 2% added. Cheques need to be submitted 4 working days prior to departure.

We recommend guests take out travel insurance with 'Guest First'.

Any damage or removal of property must be paid for in full.

Guests who arrive under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed in, but will be charged for the full booking.
